Big Query Refresh Success Rate Tracker

This page displays the data load success rate across all clients over the last 60 days. Each client can be expanded to drill down through its data sources and, within each source, its individual accounts, mirroring the breakdown on the Client Overview page.

Understanding the View​

The daily chart at the top shows, for each day in the window, the percentage of accounts that met their refresh SLA (each bar is color graded like the strips below: green for a full pass, through yellow to red as more accounts miss). The solid line is the 7-day moving average and the dashed line marks the 98% goal. The chart follows the client and source filters, so with no filters it shows the same account-level rate as the Status Overview tile; hover a bar for the exact percentage and account counts.

Each client is a collapsible card showing its overall refresh success rate and whether it was fresh at the latest daily check. Expand a client to see its data sources; expand a source to see its accounts. Each has a daily strip covering the window:

  • Source strip: each cell is graded by that day's pass-rate, the share of the source's accounts that met SLA (accounts met ÷ accounts with data). A full pass reads green, a full miss reads red, and partial days fall in between (yellow toward orange). The source % is the average of these daily pass-rates.
  • Account strip: still a simple daily verdict: green = met SLA that day, red = failed or did not complete on time, grey = no data recorded.

The latest day column and a source's today verdict count as "met" only when every account met on the most recent day; a partial day still shows its graded color in the strip.

Interpreting the Data​

  • Consistently Green: Source/account loads successfully on most days
  • Mostly Red: Frequently fails to load or is consistently delayed, and may require investigation
  • Mixed Pattern: Intermittent load success; expand the source to find which account is responsible

Use the client filter at the top to focus on one or more clients. The strip reads left (oldest) to right (most recent) across the 60-day window, and the latest day column and success % summarise each source and account at a glance.

An account's "max date" reflects the latest available data date in its source. Depending on pipeline scheduling, this is often the previous calendar day.
